Okay, so you're saying the SEC, FBI, Secretary of State of Arizona, Arizona Securities Regulation, the great state of Florida, Maricopa County Sherriff's Office (remember Tom had a warrant out for his arrest for refusing to pay $8,600 in child support), AND the state of New York.. are all LYING about Tom and Frank?

Someone hacked all of their websites and put forged documents into their database & just hoped someone would actually look through them when looking at a company to invest in? I'm surprised none of you look at any official sources of information on companies pasts.. its very easy to do.

Aliens came down from outer space and took over Tom's brain. Why him? Because he's such a handsome fella and they just couldn't resist to have him as a candidate for the next leader of the New World Order. From there, the CIA dressed up as lawyers and paid off a bum to be a judge in a mock courtroom, the same stage they used to fake the moon landing, the CIA then pressed charges on Tom's alien brain for fraud and won. The alien was upset over this so he stayed in Tom's head and created 9 more companies in Arizona to raise money to pay off the CIA. Tom hired the KGB, because nobody told him the A-Team wasn't really real, in to clear his name by launching a counter attack against the evil forces of capitalism. The KGB then learned Tom was really an alien, so Tom went on the run and met up with a Coyote on the Mexico boarder. He paid him with the only thing he had: stock. The Coyote then got him to Florida where he started off as a day worker outside Home Depot until he had enough money to open up 4 or 5 companies and buy a townhouse. He covered all the walls of his house with tin foil so that the CIA and KGB can't track him down by using brainwave detectors, but they didn't work so well because he used tin foil from the dollar store instead of the high quality stuff that people make tin foil hats out of to protect them from the government. They stormed HESG headquarters in a bunker 2 miles below the townhouse and shot him dead.. Frank then emailed the investors and told them all that Tom resigned as a story to cover up the incident.
So, which is it? I want the truth!
