that so called trade was a late report...

mm's need to close out the day and will sometimes if not most, report late entries... just because they have to; but don't do it during regular hours because it will show up and lopside the bid or ask, which ever they don't want it to affect; so they will enter it after trading is done as a Form T.

MM's like to do this to cause panic in sellers... thinking it will drop the next day, when in fact, it may have no effect at all, except for those wanting to get out... prematurely.
