Disappointing volume today ... Added again

at .001 - adding more tomorrow.

VIPR IR/management needs to pick up a few habits from the KATX crew.

KATX busted thru .07 today and appears to be on a parabolic run.

At .07 they can sell 10 mil shares and pick up $700k! No need to flood the streets with paper. VIPR needs to utilize this approach on the next round.
