well, here's one for you to think about.

why would a company about to take off stse this:

"We have from time to time
in the past experienced, and we expect to continue to experience in the future,
difficulty in hiring and retaining highly skilled employees with appropriate
qualifications."

what do they know? if they were about to take off, would they "expect" to continue to have these problems? Or would they "expect" folks to be beating down the door to jump on the train? What do you think?
