Somebody has stolen my shares: I sold some bank stocks and placed a buy order at $0.019, but somebody bought 1 million shares at $0.0189 in 1 block, then it was quickly going to $0.02. And when I changed my order to $0.02, it went to $0.022.

NOT FAIR, at all !
