It is a none issue of whom said what or an opinion.
Yes it is:
Xplosive Stocks has learned from Johnathan Lebed that Alto Group Holdings (ALTO) and Andes Gold Corporation (AGCZ) are two companies to be avoided by investors. Mr. Lebed is is quoted as saying "ALTO is going to crash below $0.10 within the next few months... It is being hyped by phony newsletters with fake track records and hidden disclaimers as being worth over $7 per share when in fact the only asset on ALTO's balance sheet is less than $1,000 in cash"
We are pleased that Mr. Lebed has done all this due diligence and if he has completed all necessary due diligence we strongly feel that he should reveal the source of this information in order that investors be fully knowledgeable of what is transpiring and that the sources of these scams be exposed. We need to stop scams like this from occurring and we need to make sure that investors stop getting swindled out of their hard earned monies. The time for accountability is at hand and we all have a right to know where the information comes from. We must take action together and prevent such travesties from occurring.

That's an opinion, he states no sources or facts to back this up and that is what you are basing your opinion that this is a scam on. So opinions matter to you, but you say that they don't. Lebed has also said he ran pump and dump scams and would do it again, yet you trust his opinion...
