I've been doing some research this afternoon to see what's going on with the light sell off. Could it perhaps be that C. Leo Smith who is owner of Insurance Marketing Solutions (the company taking over IFLI) has 2 other companies he's done this with in the last year that currently aren't trading? The other two appear to trade once or so every couple of months.

Additionally, despite being private you can usually find "something" about a company be it from a news snipit or whatever, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I can't find anything on IMS other then documents pertaining to filings for the 3 companies he's bought that list him as the sole person in IMS.

Something strange going on.
