Had the same thought. Middle of the month is a huge grey area, not a specific date. Tomorrow is still the middle of the month. Buzzie has reported that Nite now has the required shares to close the deal. That being said, news could be tomorrow or even later today. It would seem the last stumbling block has now been removed Of course, ALL my opinion only.
