It's a very good sign.

These microcaps are so susceptible to market & index volatility, plus nefarious manipulation, and so many other obstacles. ANX is behaving differently.

One reason is likely because certain Large Lot investors are accumulating blocks under the radar. This week I've been acting off this premise and accumulating in the .31/.32s, so much that I've had to alert my wife of my spending. I haven't "made a move" like this in a few years.
