Penny stock companies still have to play by the rules. If investors in those companies wax philosophical, lick their wounds and do nothing these companies then know they can get away with anything without repercusions. I think we all realize there is serious conflicts on interest between YA and the NEOM board. I don't think YA wants their dirty laundry exposed during court proceedings if they go too far, at least I would hope they will not be that dumb and that bold. Those of us who have held this stock for years should understand the responsibility of our ownership and if NEOM is being improperly appropriated, then we should not take anything off the table to expose it.
I don't fault YA for wanting to make a good return from their investment. We might be in a far worse position without them- NEOM might not have survived. What I do object to is their undo influence on the board that they now have and the possible attempt to leave common shareholders with little or nothing.
