RE. CSFB, I should probably have included this bit:

"In 2006, we project AMD’s 300mm capacity ramp of 13,000 300mm wafers plus about 5,000 300mm wafers from Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing will easily give it enough capacity to produce about 120 million units, over 50% of the industry's processor capacity."
