Milnacipran Citizen's Petition - I don't know too much about the Milnacipran SAEs, but on the topic of efficacy compared to Lyrica my memory says that the data in the Citizen's Petition is significantly sloppy or overwrought. So it will be interesting to see how the FDA reacts.
