Well I guess there's only ONE way to find out if your holding non-phantom shares in your account for SPNG. Request your stock certificate from your broker. And this is a PERFECT time to do this. By law your broker must deliver them to you... if they don't, promptly report them to the SEC!!

This is the best way to fight NSS (if it exists) and give each shareholder peace of mind. Check out this story from a company that actually requested their shareholders to do this.
