Sorry to hear that you gave up on DLAD after the long decline. Just when it maybe turning the corner. If your happy with a bailout @ .0001 then I’m happy for you.

I don’t believe the game is over just yet for DLAD. I believe there is a well planned game going on here with some very sophisticated players.

Remember the NIR Group, the ones that holds the convertible debt. Ask yourself, When would be the most optimal time to convert the shares? When they are at the lowest possible price. Right?

Look how the posters come out to squelch anyone with a positive comment about this company. They are like a pack of wolves looking to help you. Why? Because they got burned, or they can see a SCAM and want eveyone to know.

Look how the company’s PPS drops on good news. (long before Humphries needed to diluted it.) Didn’t anyone else wonder why?

The news that came out over the summer was good news for DLAD. The PPS should have doubled to .0012 to say the least. As I mentioned it in previous post, the company is being reorganized without going thru chapter 11. And I do believe Humphries is still going to pull this off. Humphries is not the problem, it the manipulators.

Go to NIR Group website read their mission statement, reseach the company, then ask yourself...why would this large group deal with a company with a balance sheet like DLAD. If DLAD went belly-up, they would get nothing, even though they are on the top of the food chain.

Just like the paid pumpers execute a campaign to promote and recommend a companies, there are people, firms and groups on the opposite side of the trade that will benefit by driving the PPS to its par value.

I believe that the tide has turned on DLAD. I also believe that we will see the name change take place very soon. And I also believe that when the debt has been 100% converted, the same people behind the scenes will have the company widely promoted until the PPS tops out, then you will see a real sell-off.

I am convinced that there is a play here and these guys are not going to get my shares @ par. I just hope I can dump before "They" do.

P.S. About the trades, a Buy or a Sell, it doesn’t matter with no bid. You have someone buying the same shares that you sold.
