On paper, it all made theoretical sense, but they never had money to start with, and always had to sell more unregistered shares to raise capital on their continually losing proposition of selling a

"soap infused delivery technology"

There was no market for a sponge with "soap infused delivery technology" at their fee schedule or for that fact the sponges required more water than what a regular bucket, a 50c sponge and some soap usually requires!!!

These sponges
- are outrageously expensive
- require more water than used to water my lawn!
