I hate to use this abbreviation since it is so common and so utterly obvious it was your own #@$%#@ opinion but, IMO this merger is already done. No need to sweat that. The real value will come after the merger with some PR's about their product line and other applications. This could really be big. That's just my #@$%# opinion though.
