ARCA and NASDAQ Hold Down.

Looks as if ARCA and NASDAQ are keeping their price held down to just under .33 (.3299) for 100 or so on ask shares. The next highest level is .3399 (ARCA)and .35 (NASDAQ) and even higher beyond that point.
