Are you kidding! I am not going to get in a debate with you whether you can or not. I will just give u proof.

Chech out EVFL before thanksgiving holiday and look at it now.
They were stuck with a no bid and an ask at .0001 for months and over the holiday's did a 1 to 600 reverse split. Sorry just truth.

Their is no way they are buying back shares. No funds for that once again sorry just posting FACTssssss.

Look for a mighty reverse split to happen soon. I personally hope not cause I still have shares in this for over 1.5 years now.
