HGII, Nothing yet opas60. The only thing that I see for now is the following.

Wed, Jan 20, 2010 12:00 - Hudson's Grill International, Inc. (HGII: Pink Quote/OTCBB) - Venue Change - The symbol, HGII, no longer trades on Pink Quote. As of Wed, Jan 20, 2010, HGII trades on Pink Quote/OTCBB. You may find a complete list of venue changes at Pinksheets.com.

I believe this used to be/or still is a Joseph Muese shell.
