You are correct, they are not new patents, I should have said, recently approved patents.

The patents would go to FSDLS is all I was looking for. IF. As you said datonate " any patent activity is a positive indication". Can't ask for a more positive indication than "approval" from the Patent Office."(IF") FSDLS bought DNAG.

Their value does not seem to be important to our discussion.

As proof that FSDLS bought DNAG? Personally I think we need proof that correspondance took place after the sale of DNAG or something more compelling for it to fit into the puzzle. Even corrspondance would not be definative, but suggestive.

It would seem to me that SOME type of correspondance must take place during the final process but maybe not. They post some corrspondance on their website. You can navigate the website if you are interested. (hate that place. Typical government website, navigation is a nightmare, everything you DON"T want, right at your fingertips).
