Directly from my posting of conversation with Charles.

"The fully reporting status is still $200,000 and 45-60 days away, although we could become "Pinksheets" compliant in probably less than 30 days and for a lot less money..."

I don't know how much "a lot less money is", but he acknowledges that fact that it isn't $200K.

I think the point here is that Pinksheets isn't the end goal of CPRK. I won't even start to speculate that I know anything about getting a company listed on an exchange, but will trust Charles that becoming fully reporting is a much larger process.
