Thanks I read it but was looking for one major reason and I didnt see that in there. Only thing I saw was to redo contracts or something. Which seemed odd to me

Normally it is because a company cannot pay the bills or needs to refinance and they can't ala CEMJQ

Just wondered what the deal was here
