Myself and others don't perceive this being handled in a professional manner. Just look at the way the buy back is being handled. Look at how that was PR'd. I have no problem with dilution if it's for a strategic reason. But don't PR that we don't see a reason to tap the markets for cash then fully dilute. Do you really think DBAB was happy with the way that was handled??
