Where did you get the information that the bio-markers can detect cancer in urine spiked with 50 cancer cells? That is what I'm looking for.

I realize that the bio-markers can detect cancer as shown in the biopsy tissue tests, but the questions remain at what concentration of cancer cells can the bio-markers detect cancer, and can this level of concentration be achieved in urine either with or without a DRE.
