The fact that the shares are held by insiders should be a good thing. The problem here though is that the O/S increases dramatically in a very short period of time. You're correct in that it could be fishy, I will be keeping a much closer eye on this now. We are in the same boat PPS wise, so I too am hoping we get something positive to go on in the near future.
