Lenshawn, see the elephant in the corner, the one called "voting rights demanded by YA"..........how does an agenda driven by YA NOT end up with the patents and assets in jeopardy anytime YA VOTES them into that abyss....Yes, the "given" that YA does not operate NEOM now(and says it is not in the biz to run companies, just finance them) is worthless, because essentially all officers have an allegiance to YA, and.....logical "projection" of the need to arrange for majority voting % is NOTHING but disaster.

When during the ASM will you gain a majority to vote down the R/S and par issue?
