good question about 8-K, I also found it interesting that the Festival starts tomorrow, so you could also ask WHY such a delay in the announcement of the POKEN/EGMI/SUNDANCE event. Obviously they had to know more than a day before the event.

Just find it curious that the PR was timed ONE day before the event.
