Wow, the OS up by 25M, looks like its not management aka Don, who kept the OS under control for years.
So, is this the beginning of major dilution or as some posted a reflection of new actions that will benefit all investors.

On the surface, its sure a slap in the face, now to see what happens. present bid ask looks ugly!
