You are adamant in your hatred for the CEO/company, that being the case move on. Again 30,000 suit is nothing. All the arrest warrant is for is to Depose him to find out where or how much asstes he has, so they can try to attach them. Sit tight, this will be settled. The man I am sure could pay the 30,000, he has elected to fight it. He will appear and he will have his defense, which is probably, that he should not have been named in the suit to begin with, and if that is so, it will be thrown out, if not he will pay, with interest, court costs, and it goes away. After all it is not like its a million or two.
