ENCS is a scam that has hurt many people in the past, it has a nasty blood trail, going back through all the "never happened acquistions" and transfer of stock that froze investors who couldn't sell...this guy Welch is a criminal POS.
The efforts here to bring new bagholders to dump on is really amazing considering the evidence on Welch and his scams..ENCS is just one of them..Manufacturers will be posting now who have products in the ibox that never heard of Welch.... not to happy about it either.
