I'm a novice to penny stocks (hence the bagholder designation), but isn't it true that GDHI management can't announce big news on a CC unless they PR the info first? Not sure if penny stocks don't have to follow the rules, but I thought it was considered insider trading if they didn't PR news to the world prior to PR'ing news on a CC. I'm not saying GDHI plans on doing this but rather that if there will be any good meat on the CC, then expect a PR shortly before it, probably after the bell as well, since that's been the MO as of late.
