Definite YES vote. Seems the only sensible thing to do. The non vote counting as a NO vote scares me a little though? Do you feel this is a real concern?

PS. I enjoy this board very much and find it to be much more sensible than the "other one". On most occasions though I find reading other's posts very time consuming because it takes so long for the messages to be retrieved. Does anyone else experince this type of problem? Gary.
