Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, has been a duck for the past year or more ....
Is going to be a duck.
Mathematically, let me substitute being a duck with diluting shares...
Dilutes shares, has diluted shares, is diluting shares...
Is going to be ... (something about share dilution).
If there's any shareholder here who'd like a further explanation of why it's economically poor to have something of value become diluted in value.... please let me know and I will do my best.
