from what i know, i think a r/m was the rumor, but again, all rumor here.

also, the fact that it's a rather low float with some strong hands in the mix keep it where it is.

IMO, with someinterest and sustained ask volume, it would skyrocket with this s/s, but in the pink world, one never knows.
