the price will be determined in the upcoming deal.And it apprears it is going to add shareholders value according to ceo words :)
we will know exactly the evaluation of GRBG from the majority interest that is going to be sold .
maybe 0.04/0.05 for GRBG shares to acquire the interest

we will need to wait for more data from upcoming PR to discuss this point as i see it
