WOWGREEN cannot simply REVERSE merge in GRBG because GRBG is an active company and not a Public Shell

Private Co can only reverse merge into SHELLS !

when a Private Co wishes to Go public through an active one like GRBG /WOWGREEN case they have to Go through legal steps such as :

-the licensing agreement to the public entity for the production
of the products of the privat co

-pricate co buying a Majority interest in the public Co

-CEO appointment from the privat co to secure interests in the public till merger of the 2 entities


those steps are usually followed by a merger of the 2 companies and the larger of the two companies is the company whose identity is maintained and here we are talking about WOWGREEN
the acquisition of a MAJORITY is a very specific step for an upcoming merger that will end up by being named WOWGREEN


remenber GRBG is an active company and not a Public shell
