I think the price has leveled out here because the shorters are, in fact, waiting to see what happens here. It could drift one way or the other a little but probably won't make big moves now without good or bad news. However, there is a pinch formation developing on the chart that could create an upward movement, but it will be short-lived without real news to verify it.
