I would never short this tiny float unless I knew for a fact there was mounds of dilution coming and even then low floats shorting I tend to avoid.

I'm asking about VLXC because the company's headquarters are 20 minutes from me, if this stock is for real it should be trading $60 to $90 IMO, and I'm asking because I'm considering a LONG position but wants as much info as possible before I go potentially waste my time "stalking" their headquarters which I have so far only seen in the middle of the night.
