Ken has already retired shares before (late 2006/early 2007?) The economy went in the crapper, SDVI lost financing and he had no other choice than to dilute. I am 99.9% certain that SDVI will treat their shareholders well. I just don't think that a share buyback or reverse split is on their minds right now. I believe that they would rather spend the money on building their company. I would be more confident in a share buyback if they were trying to uplist to a senior exchange like NYSE or NASDAQ.
