I believe all interested parties were required to have submitted their proposals for being the CLEARINGHOUSE on 9/30/09. Therefore, it seems a decision should be just around the corner.

And I hope you're right, that this has given Neustar and Neomedia time to start lining up potential contracts, while waiting for the word GO, and that their will be substantial money along with them.
