The FACT still remains that there is a standing order for 45 JV's for the state of Florida alone. Let's just say that those are the ONLY processors that will be online this year. I have no doubt that JB's P2O works, hence flying to China, hence the upcoming uplist.
Thats still a shareprice of $36. So explain to us why this is not ground level?
