My concern is not so much on will GSPG succeed, as I believe they will, it is more along the lines of when to buy stock? The dilution factor is of concern. Would it be better to buy stock now at risk of significant dilution or wait till that concern is gone then buy post dilution shares. Will their debt rise and when those lending money now convert to shares (if that be the case, I don't know the terms for their stake) how dilutive will that be for those buying now? Timing is everything when looking for a home run. I admit I am not following this close enough to even think I have an answer to this issue. But some of you may have DD this an have an informed opinion. I have seen dilution change dreams of millionaire maker digress into "lucky to break even". Even if the company succeeds those who get in at the wrong time can lose. When to buy????
I first bought this when it was over $.05. Be even buying now may not be the right timing.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
