He is referring to the good news that came out on Friday --- and he is suggesting that an individual or hedge fund decided to try to tank the PPS of ZVTK purposely on a day that good news came out to cause a panic (in other words, people would see the price going down on a day with good news), and he is suggesting that this is what caused the panic.

Certainly possible.

As for news coming out this week, it seems so obvious at this point that a PR is going to be released tomorrow that I have some concern as to how much of a positive impact it will have.

On the other hand....There are many investors who are very peripheral to ZVTK, and this may attract them.

We can only hope!
