VIPR will soon be trading 1/4 of it's float ..

on a daily basis. Fully expecting 300-400 mil shares per day with a strong up trend.

Flush the 504 dog and we are going to be on the fly.

1.2 bil OS is nothing anymore in pinkie land - particularly in THIS sector
