True, true. He's certainly disseminated enough info via email that we're all frothing at the mouth waiting for official word. But as we've all sat and waited for the past few weeks for this filing, many doubters have come in here and cast an air of suspicion on what the filing will say, heck, if we'll even see a filing.

Although the filing was a bit off from some emails posted, Eric came through and should have earned another notch of trust from us investors. He has steadily been earning trust, and this is just another follow through that he has done. I only point this out because it is pretty RARE for Pink Sheet stock CEOs to actually follow through on what they say they're going to do.
