Who actually receives the 230 million shares issued to cover the Mario/Pammy shares? Yes, there is an obvious short position here, but who owns the "real" shares? If Megas sells into the open raising funds for this company those assets end up in the shell belonging to the valid shareholders. Who are they? How is ownership of the 230 million issued being decided? Is there a greater reward being one of those holding "valid shares" after this whole mess plays out? Any thoughts on that please share. I made two purchases here. One in June for 98 percent of my holdings and the other at the end of August. Is it possible I was sued solely for my second purchase? Maybe I should ask Megas because someone MUST legally own those 230 million shares.
