re BRCA patent litigation

i just read the case is happening in my backyard at the SDNY, and the court will hear oral arguments re summary judgement jan 21

assuming neither side is granted summary judgement (both have filed), it seems like this will take a while to work its way through the courts, so I'm not so sure there is much near term risk for MYGN's stock price related to the suit. please correct me if i am wrong
