As one of the many unsecured creditors I have heard countless times over the past year that LTF will happen "next week." Every time I've heard that from CPRK I've been hopeful, but each time a little less than the time before. In light of the Sheriff's Sale, if the LTF doesn't go through, not only will I lose any hope of getting repaid, I also believe my shares will be so diluted to make a R/S inevitable and my investment next to worthless.

I have been a long time shareholder and supporter of the company and have visited the plant many times. The potential is there, but if something doesn't happen now then we are faced with several poor options.

1) Hostile takeover for pennies on the dollar
2) LTF with R/S to plunge share values to sub-sub pennies.
3) LTF with major dilution
4) BK with loss of share value & loss of unsecured debt

So, let's all cross our fingers that Mark & the boys have got this thing handled. If not...
