I am concerns about his statement on every message.

Most importantly Never invest money in anything that you cannot afford to loose.

He seems to be very sure that you will loose your investment. No statement saying that he will bring this company to a higher level. Now, he want to resign because he made enough money until he found a new company. I want an investigation from SEC/FBI on him. HAHAHA. LOL. GLTA.
