I have a question: Wouldn't this statement be disclosing "insider information" from JD to GamblerNC? (NOTE: THIS IS A QUESTION, NOT A STATEMENT!) Thanks.

If this is not a signed NDA (below), does anyone else know who the so-called "Major Retailer" is?
And why does everything appear to be a 'secret' and 'hush hush' for the past 7-8 months now with no solid proof of anything? Unreal.

"I spent the morning here around Greensboro NC visiting two new locations just being built (major retailer) who I cannot name due to a promise to JD. It seems at this point in time the major retailer has an anonomity clause in their contract."
